Also: In 2006, Evel Knievel sued Kanye over Kanye’s “Touch The Sky” video. Knievel took offense to Kanye West portryal of a fictional character “Evel Kanyevel” and how the video tarnished his image by using "vulgar, sexual and racially questionable content". They have now amicably resolved and dismissed the lawsuit by mediating the issue in July of 2007.
