Jennifer Hudson's album scrapped?

Word is that Jennifer Hudson recorded half of her album but Clive Davis axed it because, "No one's going to buy this. We're trying to turn her into Aretha Franklin, and that's not realistic."
So the new album will be "high-energy, beat-driven material with soulful hooks." Ms Hudson has recorded a Timberland track according to Ryan Tedder, the producer behind Leona Lewis' monster hit 'Bleeding Love'. Tedder is also in talks of working on her album.

Good thing she didn't put up a fuss. You see what happened to Kelly Clarkson when she didn't listen to Clive.
