R.Kelly trial-- Day 2

Five more jurors added today:
1. A white man in his 40s who has previously served on two juries in civil cases.
2. A white man in his mid-30s, who works as a compliance officer at a downtown investment business.
3. A black woman in her late 20s who works as a teacher's assistant.
4. A heavy set black man in his late 30s or early 40s who is attending culinary school.
5. college student studying criminal justice who says she wants to be a police officer.

These five join the first three jurors picked yesterday: an African-American woman whose husband is a Baptist pastor, a black man who identified himself as a Christian and a white executive who said he thinks Kelly is guilty.

Jury sequestered??

Gaughan said he did not plan to sequester the jury, but said that, under certain circumstances, "it might happen."

He'd be more likely to sequester the jury at the end of the trial, once the jury begins deliberating, he said.
