Da Brat will go to jail????

Da Brat (government name Shawntae Harris) has agreed to a plea deal that will likely include one year in jail for assaulting a waitress at a Halloween party last year (Nov ’07) with a rum bottle. But according to Dekalb website she is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on August 22, 2008 at 9 AM…. Time will tell
