Kanye West to (hopefully) open 10 Fatburger resturants in Chicagoland

I reported back in Nov 2007 that Kanye would open a chain of Fatburger restaurants in Chicago, starting in Hyde Park. Today its being reported that he is set to open ten. First one to open in Orland Park in September 2008 through his company KW Foods LLC.
