It was indeed Fredrick Goings, 36 the ex boyfriend and lawyer of Nova Henry that was arrested 10pm in the 9600 block of Prairie. He is NOT COOPERATING with authorities.
He was charged with two counts of first degree murder.

The Chicago Tribune reported Saturday that Henry's mother, Yolan Henry, said a detective informed her after midnight that a Chicago man, a more recent boyfriend of her daughter's, was in custody.
