Oprah’s troubles

PART I
A woman claims she was injured in mad dash for seats at the Oprah show.
The crowd pushed her down a flight of stairs after being told they could
sit where they wanted. She wants $50,000 in damages after the incident
on Dec 5th 2006

PART II
Darlene Tracy proposed an idea to Winfrey's executive producer Ellen
Rakieten in 2005 for a reality show called, “The Philanthropist”. Later she was told Oprah wasn’t interested and then… Oprah’s “Big Give” was announced. Tracy filed a complaint in Boston's U.S. District
Court to stop "Big Give" from airing, but it was quickly shot down by
Judge Rya Zobel, who dismissed it, Tracy is now appealing the decision.
